Description

• Everbuild Everflex 450 Builders Silicone Sealant is a high-quality, low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant designed for professional use. It provides a flexible, waterproof, and durable seal suitable for various building and renovation applications. The sealant remains permanently flexible, forming a tight rubber-like seal that resists dirt accumulation and weathering. It is ideal for internal and external perimeter pointing around window frames, sealing and bonding onto PVCu, wood, plastics, and soft metals such as lead, copper, and zinc. It can also be used as an expansion joint sealant, for weatherproofing, glazing, draught proofing, and roof sealing.
