The product was very dusty and scratched all over. The only reason I didn't send it back was because it was only for shoes . It is study and value for money. But I got the impression it was used before .

Very badly marked on bottom that is going to be seen, damaged one side of one square hopefully I can hide it when assembling, the square at the top of shoe rack has a red colour on the back so could be seen if not against a wall. I will never buy from you again, also the three long pieces that hold it all together two are very scratched not impressed, there is damage to most pieces.

Like the product as it makes the storage of shoes at the door more acceptable. It is a bit flimsier than I would like but does the job. Came without assembly instructions but we worked it out.
