Published on 26/10/2022, United KingdomIt flooded over the top and the water came through the downstairs ceiling within a month of purchase. Then it flooded over again for a second time. It has now been replaced by another pump. Total waste of money , couldn't take the chance on it flooding again. I did ask for a refund but that didn't happen !!

This one popped out when searching online for the new staff canteen project. Our trusted sparky had a couple of small problems but very soon got to grips with the appliance and had it up & running. Some noise, albeit small, has been mentioned, but any mechanical device will make a noise, nit picking maybe. So far, it is doing a splendid job, long may that continue. I would recommend this product; at this price and performance you will struggle to find a better one on the market.

Published on 17/05/2022, United KingdomI felt there was not enough jubilee clips Athena the unit, had to go out and buy some. Very limited installation info, had to sit down and work things out, what go’s where etc… As far as operation of the unit, it’s running ok so cannot comment in that area.
