General description

Everbuild 335 Construction Silicone is a low modulus, reactive curing silicone sealant designed for professional-grade sealing applications. It cures quickly to reduce dirt pick-up and remains permanently flexible, forming a weather-tight rubber-like seal that is waterproof and resistant to mould growth due to its anti-fungal compound. This versatile sealant is suitable for various building and DIY projects, including sealing around windows, doors, panels, and other substrates.

Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size and load into a sealant gun

Apply the sealant evenly along the joint or gap

Tool the sealant with a wet finger or a smoothing tool for a neat finish

Allow curing time as specified (typically 0.5 hours for initial set)

Usage

Use for sealing around windows, doors, panels, and other building joints

Suitable for weatherproofing, perimeter sealing, and general sealing applications

Do not use on bitumen, asphalt, lead, or soft metals without testing

Avoid application on substrates that may bleed oils, solvents, or plasticisers

Not suitable for overpainting; for applications requiring overpainting, consider using compatible sealants like WEATHER MATE or MIRROR MATE

Strong sturdy frame, lever on handle is solid doesn’t break after the slightest bit of pressure like cheaper models, worth spending the extra money for the durability.
