Our beautifully curated wooden playhouse is packed with fun and adventurous features including two levels for playing on, window boxes to fill and an elegant cottage design. With a lick of paint this playhouse can be transformed into a quaint country lodge, a princess paradise or a hobbit house. Transform the wendy house with a splash of colour to suit your child and let their imagination run wild! We manufacture this house using high-quality shiplap tongue and groove boards, with a Tongue and Groove roof and floor for a strong and long-lasting finish, perfect for everyday play. Safety is the most important aspect of our design process, so all our playhouses have the following safety features:

• EN71 certified and UKCA marked
• 12mm safety finger gap to prevent trapped fingers
• Styrene windows, a safer alternative to glass
• Rounded timbers to prevent splinters
• Ladder treads to avoid slipping
• Ventilation holes

Delivery Information

This item will be delivered by our own courier. Within 12-48hrs of order, you will be sent a link to the courier’s online portal where you can book, manage and track your delivery. If a date is not selected, our team will book your delivery for the next available date and confirm this date in an SMS message to you.

All our timber buildings come flat packed with all the necessary fixtures and instructions to assemble the building. Our buildings are sold as D.I.Y kits and we do not currently offer an installation service.

Delivery is kerbside only. If you require the building to be placed in or at the rear of the property, please make sure other arrangements are made as our drivers are unable to enter the property threshold.

The item can be left in a safe place on your property in your absence, you do not need to sign for the item. If you have any specific instructions as to whether the item is safe to be left or not, please get in touch with us or add a note to your order at checkout.

Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy on all of our items. The guarantee commences from the date which you receive your item and we offer a free collection service as part of this agreement. As the buildings are sold as DIY kits we cannot dismantle the building on your behalf and we cannot be held liable for any third-party costs.

The building must be returned in its original, untreated, resalable condition. Until the item is collected by our courier it's the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the building remains in this condition. Once the building has been received by our factory a full refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 1-3 working days.
