Underground irrigation consists of a network of underground pipes that will supply water to turbines. These should not be placed randomly! It is essential to conduct a technical study before starting your work to avoid overconsumption of water and to ensure the quality of irrigation. The expertise of a specialist can be useful for making your plans. Next, you will need to dig trenches to install the pipes and connect the turbines. Another advantage of turbine irrigation is its discretion. Once the irrigation is done, the nozzles can retract into the body of the sprinkler. Out of sight! The elevation height is a key factor in the choice of turbines. It refers to the height from which the nozzle will emerge from the ground. This refers to the width of the jet that will come out of the nozzle and ranges from 25 to 360°. This means that for a turbine with a 180° spray arc, the water will come out from half of the nozzle head, whereas for a 360° turbine, the entire circumference of the nozzle is open.
