It is reclined using a Electric Motor Recliner Mechanism and combined with foam arms and pillow back support enables you to really sink into the recliner for hours. And the supportive seating gives comfort and support where it's needed the most. This model offers soft padding, excellent lumbar support and full chaise seating.

Electric Recline Functionality:

To operate the electric recliner mechanism simply press one of the two buttons located on the right hand side of the recliner. This will automatically start rising the footrest first, once the footrest comes to a certain height then the back will automatically start to recline for total ease of use. To return the chair to its original position, you simply press the opposite button.
