The scissors are very good, BUT for that price I didn't expect them to be made in China at all (I expected Finland). The ad does not specify the country of manufacture. If I had had this information, I probably would not have bought them, for ethical and environmental reasons (transport, Chinese environmental standards much more lax than European ones). So average rating because the seller did not provide this information.
